SheetCarry Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-10-26

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for using "SheetCarry" (the "Service") provided by SheetCarry (a trade name; the "Operator").

Article 1 (Application and consent)

  1. These Terms apply to all relationships between the Operator and users concerning the use of the Service.
  2. By signing in to the Service with a Google account, or by subscribing to a paid plan, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  3. The information about prices and usage limits shown on the Service forms part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Career data" means the career information that a user enters in the career editor of the Service or loads from a file.
  2. "Outputs" means the Excel files, analysis results and screens produced with the Service.
  3. "Paid plans" means the monthly plan and the single purchase (one Excel export).

Article 3 (Accounts)

  1. Users sign in with their own Google account to use the Service.
  2. Users are responsible for managing their account. The Operator is not liable for damage caused by use by a third party, except in the case of the Operator's intent or gross negligence.
  3. A user may not use multiple accounts to avoid the limits of the free plan (Article 10).

Article 4 (Prices and payment)

  1. The basic functions of the Service are free. The free plan includes 10 analyses per month (re-running unchanged data is not counted) and 3 Excel exports in total.
  2. The prices of the paid plans (tax included) are as follows.
    • Monthly plan: ¥600 per month (unlimited Excel exports and analyses)
    • Single purchase: ¥300 (one Excel export)
  3. A monthly plan subscribed through a campaign run by the Operator follows the conditions shown on the Service (campaign price, period, etc.). Campaigns end once they are fully taken.
  4. Payment is made by credit card through a payment service provider (Stripe). Card numbers are managed by the payment service provider; the Operator does not keep them.
  5. The monthly plan renews automatically every month from the date of subscription, and the price is charged at each renewal.

Article 5 (Cancellation and refunds)

  1. Users can cancel the monthly plan at any time from "Manage plan" in the Service menu.
  2. After cancellation, the monthly plan remains available until the end of the paid period, after which the account returns to the free plan. No prorated refunds are made.
  3. Exports bought with a single purchase are not refunded, whether used or not.
  4. Notwithstanding the above, refunds required by law will be made.

Article 6 (Changes to prices and features)

  1. The Operator may change prices or the free usage limits. The Operator will announce any change on the Service and by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.
  2. If the price of the monthly plan changes, the new price also applies to existing subscriptions from the first renewal date on or after the change takes effect. Users who do not agree to the new price may cancel before the renewal date.
  3. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, a monthly plan subscribed through a campaign whose conditions were shown as, for example, "for as long as you stay subscribed" follows those conditions.

Article 7 (Storage of career data)

  1. Career data is stored in the user's browser and is not stored on the Operator's servers. It is sent to the servers only for analysis and Excel export, and is discarded immediately after processing.
  2. Users are responsible for backing up their career data ("Save JSON" in the career editor). Career data is not available if the browser data is deleted or on another device or browser.
  3. The Operator is not liable for damage caused by the loss of career data.

Article 8 (Rights to outputs)

  1. The rights to career data and outputs belong to the user (or the legitimate right holder).
  2. The Operator handles career data only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
  3. The rights to the programs, screen designs, standard templates and documents of the Service belong to the Operator.

Article 9 (Client templates)

Client or partner templates (such as Excel templates) used with the Service must be ones that the user is legitimately entitled or permitted to use.

Article 10 (Prohibited acts)

Users must not:

  1. Violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Enter or output another person's career or personal information without that person's consent
  3. Create false career information to deceive third parties
  4. Place excessive load on, or gain unauthorized access to, the Service's servers
  5. Avoid the free plan limits, for example by creating multiple accounts
  6. Analyze or modify the programs of the Service (except where permitted by law)
  7. Provide or resell the Service or its export function to third parties without the Operator's permission
  8. Do anything else the Operator considers inappropriate

Article 11 (Accuracy)

  1. Analyses such as years of experience are estimates based on the career data entered by the user. The Service does not guarantee that outputs are accurate, nor any evaluation, hiring, contract or other result at the recipient.
  2. Users should check outputs before submitting them.

Article 12 (Changes, suspension and termination of the Service)

  1. The Operator may change the content of the Service.
  2. The Operator may suspend all or part of the Service without prior notice for maintenance, failures or other unavoidable reasons.
  3. The Operator may end the Service after giving at least 30 days' notice. How monthly plans are handled will be announced at that time.

Article 13 (Limitation of liability)

  1. The Operator is not liable for damage suffered by users in connection with the Service, except in the case of the Operator's intent or gross negligence.
  2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, where the Operator is liable (including where the Consumer Contract Act applies), the Operator's liability, except in the case of intent or gross negligence, is limited to the total fees paid by the user to the Operator in the 12 months before the month in which the damage occurred.

Article 14 (Suspension of use and account deletion)

  1. If a user violates these Terms, the Operator may suspend the user's use of the Service without prior notice.
  2. Users can delete their account from "Delete account" in the Service menu, or by contacting the address in Article 18 (support@sheetcarry.com). The Operator will then delete the user's information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Please cancel the monthly plan before deleting your account.

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
  2. Any dispute concerning the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, as the court of first instance, of the district court or summary court with jurisdiction over the Operator's address.
